Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Sadar. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to introduce company services, explain property offerings, and respond to customer inquiries. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records in internal systems, and scheduling appointments or site visits for prospective clients. The role involves following up with leads, sharing project details clearly and accurately,



and coordinating with the sales team to support conversions. Telecallers are also expected to meet call targets, maintain professional communication standards, and provide feedback on customer trends to help refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally over the phone.
Customer service and relationship-building skills, including handling inquiries, resolving basic concerns, and maintaining a positive caller experience.
Basic computer proficiency, including working with CRM or call-logging tools, maintaining records, and updating customer data accurately.
Time management and organizational skills to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support, preferably in real estate or related sectors, is an advantage.
