Role Summary
The AVP – Franchise Development will lead Hoora’s franchise expansion strategy,
drive franchise acquisition, identify high potential markets, build strategic franchise partnerships, and scale the franchise network across India. The role requires strong expertise in franchise development, business expansion, partner acquisition, commercial negotiations, and team leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall franchise development and expansion strategy • Identify new markets, cities, and territories for franchise expansion
Drive end-to-end franchise acquisition from lead generation to onboarding and launch
Identify, evaluate, and engage potential franchise partners and investors
Build and maintain a solid franchise partner pipeline
Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with prospective franchise partners
Evaluate franchise prospects based on financial capability, business experience, and market potential
Develop strong relationships with franchise part
