Role Description The Hospitality Professional role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad,



supporting BCG’s client venues in delivering consistent, guest-focused service. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming and engaging guests, managing reservations and table assignments, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and ensuring service standards and SOPs are followed throughout the shift. The role involves handling guest queries and feedback, resolving service issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of hygiene, safety, and quality on the floor. The Hospitality Professional will contribute to training initiatives by modeling best practices, supporting new team members, and participating in ongoing process improvements and audits. Collaboration with managers and consulting teams to implement brand standards, support promotions, and enhance the overall guest journey is a key part of this position.
