Overview

Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to support enterprise data quality and governance initiatives. This role focuses on assessing, monitoring, and improving data quality across assigned business domains while partnering with data governance, IT, and business stakeholders.
The Data Quality Analyst will support the implementation of data quality standards and controls, including identifying critical data elements,



validating business definitions, and supporting documentation within the data catalog and metadata management tools (e.g., Collibra). The role will contribute to maintaining data quality rules, metrics, and issue logs within Collibra and related platforms.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include profiling data to identify data quality issues, performing root cause analysis, and working with stakeholders to support remediation efforts. The analyst will also assist in implementing data quality processes aligned to governance policies, standards, and best practices.

Analyze large and complex datasets using SQL and related technologies to profile data, identify patterns, anomalies, and data quality issues across source systems.
Define, implement, and monitor data quality rules to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of data.
