Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced UKG Pro (UltiPro) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in HR and Payroll modules. The consultant will be responsible for configuration, implementation, support, troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, and business requirements related to UKG Pro HR and Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on experience with UKG Pro / UltiPro HR and Payroll.
Configure and support Core HR, Employee Administration, Payroll, Benefits, and related HR processes.
Robust understanding of US Payroll processing, payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, earnings, and year-end processes.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including pre-payroll validation, payroll calculation, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.
Configure employee data, organizational structures, pay groups, pay rates, deductions, taxes, and payroll policies.
Support new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, salary changes,



and employee lifecycle transactions.
Troubleshoot HR and Payroll issues and provide functional solutions.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into UKG Pro configurations.
Develop and maintain UKG Pro reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
Experience with UKG Pro reporting / BI / Cognos is preferred.
Support integrations between UKG Pro and third-party systems such as benefits, payroll, finance, timekeeping, and other HR applications.
Perform data validation, testing, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
Participate in implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and production support activities.
Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.
Conduct UAT and support end users during implementation and production rollout.
