Role Description The Digital Dentistry Products specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving the adoption and optimization of INDENT’s digital dentistry solutions across customer accounts. This role involves consulting with dental clinics, labs, and institutions to understand their clinical and operational workflows,



recommending appropriate digital solutions, and supporting them through implementation and integration. The Digital Dentistry Solutions Manager will conduct product demonstrations, manage presales activities, and collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and close deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing solution deployment projects, coordinating with internal technical and product teams, monitoring customer satisfaction, and providing training and ongoing support to users. The role also requires regular analysis of customer feedback and market trends to refine solution offerings and contribute to product and business strategy.
Qualifications
