Role Overview
Genius Infra Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, record maintenance, documentation, verification,



and basic administrative support.
The candidate should have good typing speed, strong attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work consistently with large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, Excel sheets, and internal systems.
Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before updating records.
Identify and correct errors, duplicate entries, and inconsistencies in company records.
Maintain organized digital and physical documentation as per company procedures.
Prepare basic Excel reports, data summaries, statements, and daily/weekly records.
Coordinate with administrative, accounts, HR, and project teams for timely collection and updating of information.
Handle routine documentation, scanning, printing, filing, and record management activities.
