ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a energetic and commercially driven Business Head to own and grow Catalysts' Real Estate vertical. This is a P&L; ownership role tailor-made for a senior leader who understands the real estate marketing landscape - from residential and commercial developers to PropTech platforms and property management companies. You will spearhead new business development, manage & deepen client relationships, build and lead delivery teams,



and establish Catalysts as the definitive data-driven marketing partner for real estate brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & New Logo Acquisition
Map and prioritize target real estate brands - large developers (residential/commercial), plotted development companies, PropTech platforms, co-living/co-working operators, luxury real estate brands etc
Develop a deep understanding of developer marketing budgets, launch calendars, booking volume targets, and key decision-makers.
Build and execute outreach strategies - cold outreach, referrals, industry events, broker networks - to initiate conversations with CMOs, Marketing Heads, and CEOs of target companies
Create compelling, data-backed pitches and proposals tailored to real estate performance marketing and branding challenges

P&L; Ownership
Own the Real Estate vertical's revenue and profitability targets.
Set quarterly and annual revenue goals in collaboration with leadership
