About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven professional to build and grow our network of craft artists while developing meaningful collaborations with corporates, and creative communities.

This role combines artist relations, business development, and creative collaboration. You will work closely with craft artists and clients to create unique craft-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Artist Onboarding & Relationship Management
Identify, engage, and onboard craft artists onto the platform
Support artists in showcasing their work effectively on the platform
Collaborate with artists to develop recent collections and offerings with support of the curator

Partnerships & Business Development
Build relationships with corporates
Pitch craft-based gifting, décor,



and commissioned art solutions

Project Coordination
Manage timelines, artist communication, client expectations, and execution logistics
Coordinate across internal teams for marketing, operations, and event execution

Who You Are
Excellent communicator and relationship builder, English proficiency
Passionate about craft, design, art, culture, and creative communities
Comfortable speaking with artists, clients, and partners across industries
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-growing startup environment
