Key Responsibilities
The role will involve monitoring and triaging AWS Security Hub findings, driving remediation within SLAs, maintaining security runbooks and audit evidence, and working closely with Infrastructure/DevOps teams on security fixes.
The engineer will also participate in compliance audits, respond to auditor queries, provide evidence, and support security controls across the AWS setting.
Preferred: SOC 2 Type II / ISO 27001 audit experience, STRIDE/threat modeling, Python/Bash scripting, and AWS Security or Solutions Architect certification.
