Job Description – Country Manager – B2B Sales (Overseas Education)
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Country Manager – B2B Sales to lead and expand our overseas education business through institutional and channel partnerships. The Country Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with education agents, study-abroad consultants, universities, institutions, and other strategic partners within the assigned country.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy for the assigned country/market.
Identify and onboard new education agents, consultants, institutions, and strategic partners.




Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential B2B partners.
Generate current business opportunities through networking, referrals, market visits, events, and industry relationships.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing B2B partners.
Regularly engage with partners to understand their requirements, challenges, and business potential.
Conduct partner meetings, training sessions, webinars, presentations, and product updates.
Ensure partners have adequate knowledge of universities, courses, admission processes, eligibility criteria, and visa requirements.
Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual B2B sales targets.
Work closely with Admissions Processing team to ensure seamless partner support.
