Role Description The Food & Beverage Executive is a full-time, in office role based at our Mumbai restaurant. This role oversees daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service, consistent quality, and adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities include supervising the service team, coordinating with the kitchen,



monitoring inventory and ordering, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and managing guest queries and feedback. The Food & Beverage Executive supports menu promotions, implements standard operating procedures, trains team members, and helps drive revenue through excellent service and upselling. This role works closely with management to deliver a memorable, culturally rich dining experience that reflects Burma Burma’s values.
Qualifications
Experience in food and beverage operations, including supervising service, coordinating with kitchen teams, and managing daily restaurant activities.
Strong guest service and communication skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback professionally and maintain high hospitality standards.
Knowledge of inventory management, ordering processes, and basic cost control to support efficient operations.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance
