Role Description The Wedding Planner will manage the full lifecycle of wedding events, from initial client consultation through post-event follow-up, in a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client preferences, developing event concepts, and creating detailed plans for ceremonies, receptions, and related functions.



The role involves coordinating venues, vendors, décor, catering, entertainment, and logistics, while maintaining timelines and ensuring adherence to budgets. The Wedding Planner will oversee event setup and execution on-site, handle last-minute changes, and resolve issues calmly and efficiently. Regular communication with clients and partners, managing documentation, and ensuring a seamless, guest-focused experience are core aspects of the position.
Qualifications
