Customer Engagement & Product Sourcing Executive

We’re looking for a young, energetic and commercially curious person to join our growing team.

This is not a traditional customer service role. It’s a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands what’s trending, loves discovering new products and wants to learn how consumer brands actually grow.

Location & Working Days
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Andheri East, Mumbai.
Monday to Friday + two Saturdays per month.

You’ll work across multiple consumer brands, including:

Party & Celebration Products – party decorations, themed party supplies, gifting, games, novelty products, seasonal products, kids’ and adult celebrations and trending party concepts.

Fashion & Lifestyle Brands – apparel, streetwear, ethnic fashion and lifestyle products, working with customers to understand what they like, what they are looking for and their experience with our products.

Your role will combine customer engagement, sales conversion,



product discovery and sourcing.

What you’ll be doing:

• Speaking directly with customers to gather feedback on our products and shopping experience
• Following up on abandoned carts and helping convert potential customers into sales
• Handling customer queries, returns and refund requests, and helping customers find suitable exchanges or alternatives where appropriate
• Conducting post-purchase and customer feedback calls
• Understanding what customers are asking for and feeding those insights back to our product and marketing teams
• Keeping a close eye on what’s trending in parties, gifting, games, fashion and youth culture
• Researching interesting new products and concepts we could introduce across our brands
• Finding and approaching manufacturers, suppliers and vendors across India and internationally, including China
• Researching pricing, MOQs, supplier capabilities, product qual
