Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a robust sales pipeline for power management and energy conservation solutions. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective clients, conducting meetings and presentations, understanding customer requirements,



and preparing proposals in coordination with technical and sales teams. The executive will manage and grow assigned accounts, maintain regular communication with stakeholders, and track market trends to inform sales strategies. The role also includes maintaining CRM records, reporting sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
Knowledge of business development processes and commercial acumen related to power, energy, or technology solutions.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
