Role Description The Senior Inside Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali, responsible for leading and growing the inside sales function for iMark Infotech. In this position, the manager oversees a team of sales professionals, sets performance targets,



and guides daily sales activities to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and closures. The role includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing outbound and inbound sales processes, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. The manager is expected to collaborate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and client needs. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring sales metrics, coaching team members, optimizing sales tools and workflows, preparing regular performance reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales practices.
