Role Overview
The Executive – Learning & Development will be responsible for conducting technical assessments, facilitating onboarding evaluations,
delivering structured BIM training programs, and developing technical learning content. The role requires close collaboration with Recruitment, Technical Teams, Project Managers, and Business Leaders to build technical capability, standardize learning practices, and promote continuous skill development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Assessment & Recruitment
Conduct technical assessments for lateral and campus hiring to evaluate candidates against defined competency standards.
Design and maintain technical assessment frameworks, question banks, scoring rubrics, and evaluation guidelines.
Collaborate with Recruitment and Technical Teams to ensure accurate and consistent technical evaluations.
Learning & Capability Development
Plan, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led training programs on BIM workflows, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, company standards, and project execution methodo
