Role Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain the recruitment database and update candidate records.
Coordinate offer roll-out, documentation, and onboarding.
Achieve hiring targets within the given timelines.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Job Details

Working Days: 6 days a week
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
