Role Description The Information Technology Executive role is a full-time, in office position based at The Wave International in Jamshedpur. This role is responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, including maintaining hardware, software, and hospitality systems such as PMS, POS,



and networking infrastructure. The Information Technology Executive will monitor system performance, ensure data security and backups, manage user access, and coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues. Daily tasks include providing technical support to hotel staff, resolving IT incidents, performing routine maintenance, and implementing system updates and improvements. The role also involves documenting IT processes, training team members on basic technology use, and supporting technology initiatives that enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Technology and hands-on experience in IT Operations within hospitality or similar service environments.
