Builtiful is seeking a highly experienced, people-centric Business Development Manager with a strong background in Construction, Interiors, & PMC. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, exceptional relationship-building skills,



and a proven ability to drive sustainable business growth.
This role requires strategic thinking, leadership maturity, and hands-on market engagement, working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities ?

Ability to generate leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in construction, interior and PMC projects
Identify, evaluate, and close new business opportunities, partnerships, and land/project acquisitions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, architects, Interior designers, brokers, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders
Lead negotiations, proposals, contracts, and commercial discussions end-to-end
Collaborate closely with design, project, sales, and execution teams
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies
Represent Builtiful in client meetings, industry events, and strategic discussions
