Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled QC Engineer - MEP & BMS with 6-7 years of experience in quality control and assurance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Building Management Systems (BMS) projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP and BMS installations, testing, commissioning, and documentation activities comply with project specifications, industry standards,



regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, BMS controls, QA/QC procedures, inspections, testing protocols, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Inspection

Implement and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection protocols.
Conduct inspections of MEP and BMS installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Verify material deliveries, equipment installations, and workmanship quality at site.
Prepare and manage Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Checklists.
Monitor installation activities and proactively identify quality issues and non-conformities.

MEP System Quality Assurance

Ensure quality compliance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and associated MEP systems.
