About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic ISR Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The role involves calling leads from the company database, understanding their requirements, and distributing qualified leads to the respective sales team members.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads from the company database.
Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
Identify and qualify potential leads.
Distribute qualified leads to the appropriate sales team.
Maintain basic lead and calling records.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups.
Requirements
Any graduate can apply.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, sales coordination, or a similar role.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication skills in English.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Candidates residing within 4–5 km of HSR Layout, Bengaluru are preferred.
