Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with MEP/Plumbing Consultants, Builders, Contractors, Developers, and Project Decision-Makers.
Conduct technical/product presentations and work towards securing product and brand approvals from consultants.
Identify recent project opportunities and generate leads through market visits, networking, references, and industry contacts.
Visit builders, MEP/plumbing consultants, plumbing contractors, and project sites regularly.
Promote and sell the company's plumbing valves and related products.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
Follow up on approved projects and convert project enquiries into orders.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
Coordinate with the Mumbai back-office team for quotations, order processing, documentation, and customer support.
Coordinate with technicians/plumbers to assist in resolving occasional product/service-related issues.
Monitor project progress, competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.




Support new product launches and development of new sales territories.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile
For Experienced Candidates
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project sales/business development.
Experience with Builders, MEP/Plumbing Consultants, Plumbing Contractors, Developers, or Project Sales is highly preferred.
Candidates should preferably have an existing professional network/contacts among builders, plumbing contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Experience in plumbing products, valves, sanitaryware, piping, pumps, HVAC, or building services products will be an advantage.
Candidates with experience in new product launches or developing new sales territories will be preferred.
