Capgemini is looking for an experienced Fenergo FenX Business Analyst & Configuration Consultant to support requirement analysis, solution design, and platform configuration activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in client onboarding and KYC processes, hands-on FenX configuration experience, and the ability to work independently across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End FenX Configuration: Work with business and project teams to gather requirements, analyze, and configure the FenX system, ensuring alignment with client onboarding/KYC processes.
System Design & Setup: Design and configure Policies, Journeys, Dashboards, Risk Components, and Security Management within the Fenergo FenX platform.
System Integration: Collaborate with technology teams to integrate FenX with third-party applications for data/document transfer (e.g., screening tools, IDP).
Requirements & Analysis: Lead documentation of business requirements and user stories,



converting them into technical solutions while managing stakeholder expectations.
Testing and QA: Develop, execute, and validate test plans to ensure configurations meet specifications.
Project Lifecycle & Support: Support UAT, BAU, and release management; handle project tasks independently from the configuration side.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Business Analysis and Fenergo FenX configuration.
Hands-on experience in configuring Policies, Journeys, Dashboards, Risk Components, and Security Management.
Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements and user stories.
Understanding of Client Onboarding, KYC, and related financial services processes.
Experience collaborating with business, technology, and project stakeholders.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Experience in test planning, execution, and validation.
