Preferred Profile
2–6 years of experience in fashion, interior design, luxury retail, or lifestyle industries
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience coordinating with designers, vendors, clients, and senior management
Good understanding of fashion/interior trends and aesthetics
Excellent scheduling, follow-up, and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
Ability to prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes




Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional personality with excellent grooming and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel or attend client/vendor meetings when required
Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD/Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel
Coordinate with internal teams, designers, vendors, and clients
Follow up on ongoing projects and provide status updates
Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and meeting agendas
Assist in fashion/interior-related research and market trends
Coordinate meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and events
Maintain confidential documents and information
Handle day-to-day administrative and executive coordination
Support the management team in special projects and business activities
