The candidate must have experience and strong knowledge of reinforced concrete design and precast concrete construction, connection details etc.
He/ She should have expertise on relevant codes and standards (e.g., IS, PCI manuals, ACI, relevant FIB manuals etc).
Should have proficiency in structural analysis & design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE & CONCISE BEAM).
Should have the ability to read and interpret architectural, structural drawings & MEP inputs.
The candidate should have proficiency in the preparation and checking of General arrangement drawings and Production drawings.
Coordinating with architects, service consultants, site etc., to reach agreement about safe designs and how they may fit in with the aesthetic concept of the construction
The candidate should have positive verbal & written communication skills & should be a team player.
