Role Overview
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Admin and Accounts Executive to support our operations. This role reports to the Accounts & Customer Support Head and is central to keeping our sales force, sites, and stock running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Process reimbursements and manage travel/ticketing for the sales/service team
Coordinate administration across multiple Pamtec sites
Maintain accurate stock records; liaise with the Purchase & Stock Keeper on spare parts ordering




Track daily attendance across sites by coordinating with site supervisors
Assist with recruitment and onboarding as needed
Support the Accounts Head with day-to-day accounting tasks in Tally
Requirements
Working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
Strong organizational and follow-up skills; comfortable juggling multiple sites/stakeholders
Prior experience in admin, accounts, or operations support preferred
Positive communication skills (English/Hindi: Marathi a plus)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Graduate in any discipline; commerce background preferred
