Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support IKF’s digital presence by assisting with planning, creating, and publishing content across social media channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming campaign ideas, drafting posts and captions, supporting basic graphic or multimedia assets, monitoring engagement, and compiling performance reports under guidance from senior team members.



The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader digital marketing strategies and brand messaging. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support campaigns across platforms.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned content.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for transparent writing, collaboration, and client-facing interactions when required.
Basic understanding of social media analytics, trends, and platform best practices.
