About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Associate who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing. What You'll Do

Content & Social Media

● Creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, and other digital platforms.
● Research industry trends, viral content formats, and competitor activities.
● Coordinate with designers and video editors to execute content calendars.
● Help write captions, social media copies, and campaign messaging.

Campaign Execution

● Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across different channels.
● Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.




● Assist in managing marketing calendars and project timelines.

Influencer & Community Marketing

● Research and identify relevant influencers and creators.
● Coordinate outreach, partnerships, and campaign execution.
● Support community engagement initiatives across social platforms and groups.

Market Research

● Conduct audience, competitor, and industry research.
● Gather insights from customer reviews, forums, and social media conversations.
● Help identify content opportunities and emerging trends.

Events & Partnerships

● Support webinars, workshops, offline events, and marketing activations.
● Coordinate logistics and communication with partners and stakeholders.

AI-Powered Marketing

● Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms for research, content ideation, and productivity.
● Experiment with AI workflows to improve marketing efficiency.
