Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates on next steps.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, feedback, and next steps.
Maintain candidate trackers, ATS records, and recruitment databases.
Assist with JD creation and job postings.
Participate in recruitment drives and other TA initiatives.
Support candidate follow-ups, documentation, and offer coordination.
Prepare basic recruitment reports and support the TA team with day-to-day activities.
