About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Executive to join our growing team. If you love travel and enjoy creating seamless experiences for clients, this role is for you
✅ Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management
- Freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based applications
- A customer-centric approach with strong organizational skills
? Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with domestic and international travel bookings
- Prepare customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements
- Coordinate flight, hotel, transport, visa, and travel insurance arrangements
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation
- Build strong relationships with customers and travel partners
- Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends
- Ensure high customer satisfaction before, during, and after travel
