Position Title: Client Servicing & Account Manager – Social Media

Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Servicing & Account Manager – Social Media to manage client accounts and oversee the day-to-day execution of their social media presence.
You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, working closely with the creative and social media teams, ensuring content is delivered on time and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Servicing
Be the primary point of contact for assigned social media clients and the internal team.
Understand client objectives and social media requirements.
Manage day-to-day client communication, feedback, approvals, and follow-ups.
Proactively communicate timelines, delays, requirements, and updates to clients.

2. Social Media Management
Coordinate monthly content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook,



and LinkedIn.
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, cultural moments, and relevant content opportunities.

3. Creative Briefing & Execution
Coordinate the complete process from brief → creation → internal review → client approval → final delivery.
Consolidate client feedback and communicate revisions clearly to the creative team.
Ensure deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and delivered within timelines.

4. Content Calendar & Campaign Coordination
Maintain monthly social media content calendars.
Track upcoming posts, campaigns, launches, festivals, key dates, and client requirements.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure there are no gaps in the content pipeline.

5. Social Media Reporting
Prepare monthly social media performance reports for assigned clients.
Present key observations and actionable insights to clients.
