Role Description The Plant Supervisor at Becarre speciality ingredients is a full-time, on-site role based in Palakkad, responsible for overseeing daily plant operations and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently. This role includes planning and monitoring production schedules, coordinating workforce assignments, and managing material flow to minimize downtime.



The Plant Supervisor will enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance while regularly inspecting equipment and work areas to identify and resolve operational issues. The position involves leading and coaching plant staff, conducting performance check-ins, and supporting training initiatives to build skills and maintain high productivity.
