1. POSITION SUMMARY
ANKURAM IVF is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented Brand Manager – Marketing & Business Growth to lead the overall marketing and business development activities of the organization.
This is a senior marketing role with responsibilities similar to a Marketing Head, with particular emphasis on doctor referrals, professional relationship management, hospital and clinic tie-ups, patient acquisition, territory development, brand building and revenue growth.
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase the visibility, reputation and market presence of ANKURAM IVF and ultimately contribute to growth in fertility consultations, IVF cycles and revenue.
The candidate must be capable of working independently,



managing a marketing team, building strong professional relationships with doctors and identifying new opportunities for business growth.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Doctor Referral & Relationship Management
Doctor relationship management will be one of the most important responsibilities of this position.
The Brand Manager will develop and maintain strong, skilled and long-term relationships with Gynecologists, Obstetricians, Physicians, Urologists, General Practitioners and other healthcare professionals who can contribute to the fertility referral network.
Responsibilities include:
Identify high-potential doctors and develop them as active referral partners.
Regularly visit and engage with referring doctors.
Develop a structured doctor relationship management system.
Track doctor-wise referrals, consultations, conversions and IVF cycles.
Identify doctors whose referrals have declined and develop reactivat
