Role Description The Patient Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves meeting with patients to understand their health concerns, emotional needs, and wellness goals, and providing guidance and support as part of their care plan. The Patient Counsellor will conduct one-on-one counselling sessions, maintain accurate and confidential records, and coordinate with doctors and other wellness practitioners to ensure continuity of care.



Daily tasks include educating patients about treatment plans and lifestyle changes, following up on progress, and addressing questions or anxieties in a compassionate and professional manner. The role also includes participating in team discussions, contributing to patient engagement initiatives, and helping improve overall patient satisfaction and experience.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse patients.
Demonstrated empathy, patience, and emotional resilience when supporting individuals dealing with health, stress, or lifestyle challenges.
Ability to document sessions clearly, maintain confidentiality, and follow established clinical or wellness protocols.
Comfort working as part of a multidisciplinary team and coordinating with medical and wellness professionals.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counselling, social work, or a related field; relevant certifications
