Role Description
The Techno-Functional Mobile Automation Test Manager will lead the planning, design,



and execution of automated testing for mobile applications, ensuring high-quality delivery across LearningMate’s education technology solutions. This on-site role, based in India, involves defining test strategies, selecting appropriate automation frameworks, overseeing test script development, and managing test environments for multiple mobile platforms. The manager will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand functional requirements, translate them into test scenarios, and resolve defects in a timely manner. Daily responsibilities include reviewing test coverage, monitoring test results, reporting quality metrics, coordinating regression and performance testing cycles, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes.
