Role Description This is a full-time, in office Performance Marketing role based in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketing professional will plan, execute, and optimize data-driven digital campaigns across channels such as paid search, social, display, and app marketing to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, setting and tracking KPIs, analyzing performance data, and implementing A/B tests to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend. The role involves close collaboration with product, brand, sales, and customer experience teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and customer needs. The individual will also identify new growth opportunities, monitor market and competitor trends, and ensure consistent brand messaging across marketing touchpoints.
