Role Description The Senior Admissions Counsellor is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. In this role, the counsellor engages with prospective learners and families, conducts admissions consultations, and provides guidance on program suitability and application requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound inquiries, following up with leads, conducting phone and in-person counselling sessions,



and supporting applicants throughout the admissions process. The counsellor collaborates with academic and marketing teams to align messaging, participates in events and information sessions, and maintains accurate records in admissions systems. The role also involves meeting enrolment goals, contributing to process improvements, and representing Masters' Union professionally to external stakeholders.
