About the Internship
TORSECURE CYBER LLP is offering a 3-month (90-day) MBA HR Internship for motivated MBA students who are looking to gain practical industry exposure and develop professional skills in Human Resource Management within a technology and cybersecurity setting.
The internship provides an opportunity to work alongside professionals, gain practical exposure to HR processes, contribute to organizational activities and apply academic knowledge in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR and organizational activities.
Support the recruitment and talent acquisition process.
Assist with candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
Support employee onboarding and HR documentation.
Maintain and update employee and candidate records.




Assist with employee engagement and organizational activities.
Conduct basic HR-related research and prepare reports and documentation.
Coordinate with different teams to support HR and organizational requirements.
Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations and trackers.
Support internship and trainee recruitment activities.
Participate in meetings and contribute ideas where appropriate.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management or the respective department.
Requirements
Currently pursuing an MBA, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources / HR Management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
