Role Description The BMC Patrol Agent and Monitoring Consultant role at BRD is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining BMC Patrol Agent monitoring solutions across enterprise systems and applications. Daily tasks include setting up monitoring policies, creating and tuning alerts, performing performance analysis,



and ensuring proactive incident detection. The role involves collaborating with infrastructure, application, and ServiceNow teams to integrate monitoring with ITSM processes and dashboards. The consultant will also document configurations, support change management activities, troubleshoot monitoring issues, and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and observability.
