Core Role:
We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to lead institutional partnerships and drive growth across the regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and B2B sales,



with experience engaging educational institutions and corporate training bodies.
This role offers an opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence through strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and corporates.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to drive brand awareness, student acquisition, and program growth.
Plan and manage offline events, workshops, roadshows, and networking initiatives to generate quality leads.
Lead student orientations and onboarding to deliver an exceptional learner experience.
Manage the end-to-end execution of high level Management Development and post graduate level programs.
Own the complete admissions process, including lead qualification, counseling, CRM management, follow-ups, scholarship discussions, and enrollment closure.
