Role Description The Inbound Travel Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The consultant will handle inquiries from international and domestic travelers, prepare customized itineraries, and create competitive tour quotations aligned with client preferences and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing bookings for accommodation, transport, and activities,



coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring all travel arrangements meet quality and safety expectations. The role involves responding to emails and calls promptly, maintaining accurate records in reservations systems, and following up with clients to confirm details and provide pre- and post-travel support. The consultant will also contribute to developing new tour concepts, updating product information, and supporting marketing and sales teams with travel insights and destination knowledge.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English.
Experience in travel planning or tour operations, including itinerary design, costing, and reservations for hotels, transport, and sightseeing.
Solid knowledge of key destinations in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives, and an interes
