About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations / Program Intern to join our Operations team.
The role involves cohort management, learner communication, feedback calls, mentor coordination, program execution, and day-to-day operations. The candidate will regularly interact with learners, understand their experience, identify concerns, and support timely resolution.
The role may also involve taking up additional operational responsibilities or projects based on business requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Cohort Management




Manage day-to-day operations of assigned learner cohorts.
Coordinate with mentors for smooth class execution.
Manage schedules, attendance, assignments, assessments, and learner engagement.
Monitor cohort progress and identify operational issues.
Support onboarding and new cohort launches.
Learner Communication & Feedback
Conduct regular calls with learners to understand their learning experience.
Collect feedback on classes, mentors, curriculum, and overall program experience.
Identify, document, and follow up on learner concerns.
Handle learner queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, Slack, and other platforms.
Ensure timely escalation and resolution of learner concerns.
Operations & Business Support
Maintain learner trackers, feedback records, databases, and operational reports.
Coordinate with mentors and internal stakeholders for smooth program delivery.
Support orientations, workshops, webinars, and learner activities.
