About the Role
Universal Corporation Limited is looking for a results-oriented PPC Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical skills, hands-on experience with Google Ads, and a proven ability to improve campaign performance while delivering measurable return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping campaigns.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, bids, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative/design teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives,



landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
Optimize Quality Score, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
Implement conversion tracking, remarketing campaigns, and audience segmentation strategies.
Stay up to date with Google Ads policies, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing best practices.
Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of PPC strategies, keyword planning, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
