Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
● Proven hands-on experience building backend services and integrations with Python.
● Solid working experience with the MERN stack — MongoDB, Express.js, React, and
Node.js.
● Strong grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth/API keys), and data
integration patterns.
● Experience working with third-party systems, external APIs, and data in varied formats
(JSON, XML, CSV).
● Good understanding of databases, data modelling, and query optimization.
● Comfort with Git and collaborative, fast-paced delivery workflows.




● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and take ownership.
● Clear communication and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
Nice to Have
● Prior experience on SaaS implementation, integration, or professional-services projects.
● Familiarity with message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), ETL pipelines, or middleware.
● Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
● Experience integrating commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, SAP) or POS/CRM
systems.
● Understanding of loyalty, CRM, or customer-engagement domains.
