We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser – Fresher to join our merchandising team. The candidate will assist the merchandising team in coordinating with buyers, suppliers, production, quality, and other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders.
Responsibilities
Assist senior merchandisers in handling customer and buyer requirements.
Prepare and maintain order-related documents, reports, and trackers.
Follow up on samples, approvals, fabrics, trims, and accessories.
Coordinate with production, sourcing, quality, and other departments.
Monitor order status and ensure timelines are followed.
Assist in preparing costing, purchase orders, order sheets, and production-related documents.
Track sample development and buyer comments.
Maintain accurate records of orders, quantities, prices, and delivery schedules.
Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding order requirements.
Support the team in resolving day-to-day production and order-related issues.
Ensure all merchandising activities are completed accurately and on time.




Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Apparel, Textile, Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn about apparel production and merchandising processes.
Positive command of English & Hindi both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of garments/apparel manufacturing.
Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garments, and production processes.
Familiarity with Excel formulas and basic reporting.
Internship or academic project experience in apparel/textile merchandising will be an advantage.
