About SkinBae
SkinBae is building a curated Korean beauty platform in India. We work closely with global brands and focus on education-led storytelling, strong visual identity, and long-term brand building across D2C, marketplaces, and offline retail.
We are still growing, which means the people who join now will have a real impact on how the customer experience evolves.

Role overview




This role combines customer experience with beauty consultation. You will handle customer conversations across WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and other channels while helping customers understand products, ingredients, routines, and their beauty concerns.
You will also work closely with logistics and internal teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure every interaction feels warm, knowledgeable, and distinctly SkinBae.
This is a full-time, 6-day work week role based out of our Hyderabad office, where you’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver a thoughtful, responsive, and knowledgeable customer experience.

What you will own
Customer conversations across Calls, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and other channels
Understanding customer concerns and recommending suitable products
Building strong knowledge of SkinBae's products, ingredients and brands
Handling delivery issues, retur
