Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, growth-minded Assistant Manager – Marketing with 4 to 6 years of experience in the precision machining, auto components, or foundry/casting industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong core domain knowledge, commercial acumen, and a quick-learning mindset to expand our customer base, handle RFQs, and maintain strategic key accounts.

Key Responsibilities




Market Development & Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard new B2B clients across domestic and international markets (OEMs, Tier-1 automotive/engineering su
ppliers).

RFQ & Technical Proposal Management: Lead the Request for Quotation (RFQ) lifecycle—analyzing client drawings, specifications, and commercial requirements in close coordination with engineering and costi
ng teams.

Key Account Management: Serve as the strategic liaison for active accounts, maintaining client relationships, addressing commercial queries, and driving repeat
business.

Market & Industrial Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor movements, and export opportunities to identify untapped market
segments.

Exhibitions & Industry Events: Represent the company at trade shows, engineering expos, and client meets to build industry
networks.
Secondary Digital Support: Maintain basic company visibility on qualified channel
