About Continuum Core:
Continuum Core builds agentic AI systems for the enterprise. Our founding team IIT alumni, venture-backed has shipped production agentic AI at national scale in regulated industries: voice agents, decision engines, and workflow automation running live inside some of Indias most demanding institutions.
Our flagship product is an agentic ERP: an enterprise operating system where AI agents, not screens and clicks, execute core business workflows. Order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, record-to-report run by bounded, auditable agents with human oversight, deployed in weeks rather than multi-year implementations.
Why this role exists:
Nearly every large Indian enterprise runs on a legacy ERP most on SAP. Two decades of licenses, implementations, customizations, AMCs, and forced upgrade cycles.



Agentic ERP is the first credible architectural break in that stack: dramatically lower TCO, faster deployment, and workflows that execute themselves.
We are hiring a CSO who has sold SAP who knows exactly how those deals are constructed, who signs them, what the renewal calendar looks like, and where the installed base is hurting. You have sold the incumbent. Now sell what replaces it.
What you will own:
- Full revenue responsibility: strategy, pipeline, forecast, closure.
- The first 1020 lighthouse accounts, sourced from your own CXO/CIO network inside SAP-installed-base enterprises.
- Deal architecture for a current category land-and-expand motions, outcome-linked pricing, displacement and co-existence plays against entrenched ERP estates.
- Building the national enterprise sales team from zero: hiring, quota design, playbooks, sales ops.
- Partnerships with SIs, advisory firms, and the channel ecosystem that influences ERP decisions.
