Role Description The Salesforce Technical Lead is a full-time, in office role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Day-to-day tasks include translating functional needs into technical specifications, configuring and customizing Salesforce modules, overseeing integration with external systems,



and guiding the technical delivery team throughout the development lifecycle. The Salesforce Technical Lead will review code, enforce quality standards, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system performance. The role also involves collaborating closely with stakeholders, mentoring junior developers, contributing to solution architecture, and supporting continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Qualifications
Strong Salesforce platform expertise, including configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
Experience with solution architecture and technical design for CRM and cloud-based business process automation.
Skills in systems integration, APIs (REST/SOAP), data modeling, and data migration within Salesforce and related ecosystems.
Proficiency in development lifecycle management, including version control, CI
